NOT many people could be said to personify the journey from fossil fuels to clean energy which the world is currently on.
But Mark Halliday could.
He grew up as a County Durham miner’s son, but is about to launch the world’s biggest offshore wind farm – helping to wean the UK off fossil fuels like coal.
He sat down to talk to Climate Post about his role in one of the most exciting jobs at the cutting edge of the North East’s green industrial revolution.
